We're bringing Toloka, Toloka Annotators, and Mindrift together into one place. From early July, you'll start using Mindrift for everything you do today. Your account, your history, and your earnings are coming with you — nothing disappears.
We're rolling this out step by step, so things will move and change gradually rather than all at once. This page explains what to expect and answers the questions we hear most often. We'll keep it updated as the move continues. If you're affected by any of the changes below, we're sorry for the disruption, and thank you for bearing with us.
Â
What's happening, and when
Starting in early July, you'll be directed to Mindrift when you sign in.
The look and feel of the platform, as well as the emails you get from us, will change gradually over the following weeks. If something looks a little different from one day to the next, that's expected.
You don't need to do anything to move over. We'll guide you.
Â
Signing in and your account
This is the question we hear most, so here's the short version:
If you're already signed in, you'll stay signed in. There's nothing you need to do.
If you've been signed out, sign in the same way you usually do — using the same method you used before. If you're not sure which method that was, try the options you remember using when you first joined.
Don't create a new account. Each contributor is allowed only one account — this is part of our Terms of Use. If you're returning after a break, sign back into your existing account rather than registering again. Holding more than one account is a serious violation and can lead to your access being suspended or permanently blocked.
If you don't remember which account is yours, or something doesn't look right with it, contact support and we'll help you sort it out. Please don't open a second account to get around the problem.

Getting paid
A few things about payouts are changing:
Most projects will move to a bi-weekly payout schedule — you'll be paid once every two weeks, rather than withdrawing on demand.
Any earnings you've already made are safe and will carry over.
Â
Finding tasks
We're rolling this out gradually, so here's what to expect:
At first, you'll see the tasks you already had access to. The set of available tasks won't grow overnight, and that's normal — it doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.
Over time, we'll open up access to new projects. As that happens, the most important thing you can do is complete your profile and add your CV — the more complete it is, the better we can match you with tasks that fit you.
We'll let you know when there's something new for you.
We'll keep this page updated as the move continues. If you run into something that isn't covered here, tell us about it!
