Steps to update your login credentials
❗Important: For the following steps, you will need to use either Toloka web version or a mobile browser.
1. Go to your profile:
- Go to your profile: click here to open the web version of Toloka
- Find the account settings to manage you login option
2. Connect a new account:
- In the account settings, click Add.
- You can choose to connect your account with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple.
- Follow the prompts to authorize and link your new login method.
❗Important: Some users might experience issues when connecting a new login method. Please make sure the new method is connected and try again if it does not appear as connected.

3. Re-log in on the platform:
- To finalize the update, log out of your account.
- Log back in using your new login method.
Unable to log in?
You can log in to your account using the available login systems. Unfortunately, if you don't see your preferred social network among the login options and haven't linked another social network to your profile earlier, you won't be able to regain access to your account. We had informed users about these upcoming changes earlier through the platform's interface.
What happens if do not update login credentials
If you did not update your login credentials with available social providers (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple), unfortunately, the support team won't be able to help you. Now you can use only available social networks to access your account.

A: We recommend creating an account with one of these providers to ensure continued access to your account. Unfortunately, if you don't create an account in one of these social networks we won't be able to continue our cooperation.

A: No, updating your login method will not affect your data. Your account information and data will remain intact.
