How to withdraw money from Toloka?
Warning
Enter your real first and last name in your account settings. Otherwise, you won't be able to withdraw money. The user's first and last name in the payment system must match their first and last name in Toloka. Otherwise, your account may be blocked.
To withdraw funds from your Toloka account:
- Open the My money page.
- Select a payment system and click Withdraw.
You can cancel the withdrawal request. To do this, click Cancel request in the Actions history block. If there is no button, you won't be able to cancel the transaction even through Toloka technical support.
It usually takes a few hours or days, but sometimes longer. The maximum transfer time is 30 days. Check the status in the Actions history block.

What will happen if you don't withdraw money?
All funds are fully saved in your account. You can complete tasks and withdraw funds in a convenient mode.
However, it is important to consider 2 limitations:
The amount on your Toloka account at a time must not exceed $1,000. If the balance reaches the specified amount, the ability to perform tasks is blocked until you withdraw at least part of it (User Agreement).
If you stop using Toloka and your account has $1 or less left, you need to withdraw this money within a year. 12 months after completing the last task, the balance of funds will be debited, and the account will be reset to zero (User Agreement).
Quarantine.
All accounts in Toloka have to undergo automatic checkups. Maximum period of such procedure is one week.
The process is fully automatic, unfortunately, we can't accelerate it or make an exception for the specific account.
The possibility of making withdrawal requests will be restored by itself – no additional documents are needed. Just try making a withdrawal again in a few days.
The withdrawal was rejected, but the money was not returned to my account!
The money was returned to the Toloka account immediately after the application was rejected. If this is not displayed in the profile, please open the page My Profile, go to the My Money section, refresh the page using Ctrl+F5 and check your account balance again.
Can I withdraw money to my friend/mom/dad/cat's wallet?
The wallet that funds are being withdrawn to must belong to the account owner. By clause 5.15 of the User agreement if funds are withdrawn to someone else's wallet we can refuse to pay you reward following clause 5.7.
You have exceeded the limit on the amount to be credited at one time.
Please try to withdraw money by creating several requests for smaller amounts. For example, $200 each.
When trying to withdraw the message "Invalid amount" appears.
Please, use a dot ("."), not a comma (",") when entering the amount. Also, you don't need to use the dollar sign ("$") when entering the amount.
I made a mistake in the wallet number, what should I do?
The possibility of cancelling a request depends on its stage of processing. Please contact our Support Team and specify the withdrawal date, payment system and withdrawal amount. Our specialists will help you.
