As a matter of fact, the rate may differ. The final pay rate depends on AI trainer's skills, region and task size. All this information you can see in the author's task card by clicking on question mark symbol below the task reward.
Why don't I see any tasks on UHRS?
The authors of tasks established stricter criteria for selecting annotators on the UHRS platform. If UHRS tasks have never been available to you or if they suddenly disappeared, this may be because:
1) Your account doesn't meet one or more criteria for a particular task or the UHRS platform in general. For example, your location and the number of confirmed languages in your profile matter.
Make sure that:
The location in your profile matches your real location and the geolocation settings on your device. If the data is incorrect or there are differences, you may be banned from accessing the tasks.
Don't use VPN, anonymizers, or any other services that change your location data.
You have selected no more than 3 languages in your profile (unconfirmed languages are also taken into account).
2) The author restricted your access to tasks because you made a lot of mistakes. The author monitors every user's activity on the UHRS platform and can suspend your access to tasks if you make a lot of mistakes or don't follow instructions. Please note: if your access is restricted, you aren't notified about this in Mindrift.
3) No more tasks are available. The number of tasks and UHRS projects available may change over time. If a particular task isn't on the list right now, it may appear later.
I was blocked on UHRS, why?
Unfortunately, the author of the project decided not to provide the reason for their decision. Вut you can choose other tasks available in Mindrift and try your hand at them.
Can I change the Microsoft account linked to UHRS in Mindrift?
No, it is not possible to change the Microsoft account linked to UHRS. This functionality is not supported on the UHRS side. Deleting the linked account and trying to add a new one will not work either.
Is it possible to revise the blocking on UHRS? I did everything correctly!
Unfortunately, there is no procedure for reviewing the blocking on the project.

How to view the amount earned while completing tasks?
You can check the amount earned from tasks in the Report section of the UHRS menu. The total will be shown in the Total Earnings column.
Can I see the amount earned while working on a task?
You can only see the amount you’ve earned after completing the task. Earnings are displayed in your UHRS account under Report → Total Earnings.
"There are no hits available. It could be that all hits are leased out. Please try again later".
We are working on resolving this issue, but it may take some time. In this case, we suggest that you quit the task and select another available one. Rest assured that your skill level will not be affected and there will be no risk of being blocked.
"Unable to get hit packages" or "Unable to get a hit app code".
Such a problem is promptly solved on the UHRS side, please check the task later.
Blank screen instead of the task/non-working interface elements/errors in the task.
Sometimes this happens: users report similar issues from time to time. We always pass their feedback to the authors and follow each case closely.
While we are waiting for the resolution from the author, I can suggest a temporary solution. Try logging in to the account from a different browser or device. Clearing the browser cache might help as well.
If none of the tips work, you can proceed with other tasks.
Judge is not allowed to work with this HIT app.
If you see the notification "Judge is not allowed to work with this HIT app" in the project, it means that you don't fit the author's selection criteria. They may change over time, which means that some tasks that aren't available to you now may become available after a while.
How can I find out when a task’s payment review begins?
To find the relevant task completed on the external platform and see the payment date, open the History tab in your Mindrift profile — the task is sent for review on that day.
Are there any earning limits in UHRS?
UHRS may impose earning limits for certain HIT Apps or for the platform overall. The exact limits aren’t publicly known. If you see such a restriction, it’s best to switch to another available task or follow the guidance shown in your UHRS account.
Can I do UHRS tasks on Mindrift and another vendor at the same time?
Mindrift doesn’t restrict you from working on other platforms. However, the task provider’s rules state that you can only use one platform to access UHRS. So if you’re completing UHRS tasks through Mindrift, you shouldn’t use the same account on Clickworker or any other vendor.

Most likely, you are trying to access UHRS not through the UHRS task card in Mindrift, but directly via the UHRS website. Please try to log in only through the task card in Mindrift.
"Account not authorized. Failed attempt to log in. You are blocked from working in UHRS."

Please try clearing your browser cookies and cache, and then log in to the task using the same account that was specified for working with UHRS. It is very important that you are logged into Mindrift with the email linked to your Live ID.
"You are using this account for another partner’s tasks."
To complete UHRS tasks, you need to link a Live ID that has not been previously registered with another vendor.
"Something, unfortunately, went wrong."
This error may appear if access to UHRS tasks has been restricted or if there is a temporary issue on the platform side. Please try again later. If the problem persists, proceed with other available tasks in Mindrift.
"Failed attempt to log in. Your UHRS account is expired. Contact your vendor support to get it renewed."
Please contact support and send a screenshot of the error, the exact date and time of your last login attempt, as well as your time zone (for example, UTC+3).
Why are there no tasks available on UHRS?
Task availability on UHRS can vary during the day depending on project demand and client requirements. It is normal to occasionally see few or no available tasks.
New tasks are added regularly, so we recommend checking the platform again later, as opportunities may appear at any time. While waiting for new UHRS tasks, you can also explore other available projects on the platform that may match your skills and interests.
