My task was unjustly rejected!
Tasks are checked by the authors, so it is very important to read the instructions carefully before starting.The author always has the right to reject a task if it is of poor quality. Such tasks will be marked as non-automatically accepted.
Can I use a VPN to access tasks?
You can use a VPN, your account won’t be blocked because of it.
Can I use extensions when completing tasks in Toloka?
This is not prohibited by the rules (User Agreement), but extensions can negatively affect the operation of devices (for example, infect, steal personal data, etc.).
Can I do multiple tasks at the same time?
You can perform several tasks at the same time, but it is worth remembering the quality of your performance.
Can I perform tasks from different devices (for example, from a phone and a computer)?
You can perform tasks on different devices, as long as there is one account.
Is it possible to work on the same IP for several users? Is it possible for multiple users to work from one computer (from one PC)? Our whole family uses Toloka from one computer - is this a violation?
Users with different Toloka accounts can perform tasks from the same computer (from the same IP address).
Is it possible for multiple users to work on the same account? Can I give my account to mom/dad/cat? I don't want to create separate accounts for family members, can we all work in one?
According to the User Agreement, a user can have only one registered account (account) in Toloka. The User cannot provide work to anyone in his account and is solely responsible for any actions performed under his account (Section 5.2 of the User Agreement).
I can't start the task - when I try to take it to work, the message appears You're just a little bit behind - these tasks are finished. The message Tasks are no longer available appears in the iOS app.
A message that all tasks have been completed/disassembled may appear if the selected task has already finished in the system, but continues to be displayed on the page. This happens when the list of available tasks has been open in the browser for a long time, but you have not updated it.Alternatively, it might happen when there are only a few tasks available, but many users are trying to claim them quickly.
If you encounter such a problem, try clearing your browser's cache.
If clearing the cache does not help, or if you constantly get this notification for a long time when trying to take a task, please contact the Support Team.
I took the task and it doesn't work (there is a technical error in the task). Compensate me for the time spent!
As per clause 9.5 of the User Agreement, we cannot guarantee that Toloka and its related services will always be available and functional without any interruptions. Please note that on the Toloka platform, funds are only credited for completed tasks. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any compensation in case of incomplete tasks.

In this case, we advise you to clear your cache, refresh your browser, try to make tasks or open Toloka in another browser, as well as disable ad blockers, Evernote Web Clipper extension, and other browser add-ons.

If you perform tasks from the site https://we.toloka.ai in the mobile browser, they may not be displayed fully or not work at all. These tasks are designed to be performed on a desktop PC or laptop and are not optimized for phones and tablets.To complete tasks from mobile devices, we recommend using Toloka app. The authors place only those tasks that you can do on small screens conveniently, and make sure that all the elements in them are displayed and work correctly. You can download the app for Android phones (version 6.0 and higher) from Google Play, and for iOS phones (version 13.0 or higher) from the AppStore.
In a mobile browser, you can, for example, read messages, withdraw money, or edit your profile.
I am performing tasks in the Toloka app and they are not loading.
If you are not getting any tasks in the app at all, please update the app, reinstall it and reboot your mobile device. If this does not help, please contact our Support Team.
If you have a device on Android 7, 6, 5 or lower we suggest you update the WebView app to the current version, reinstall Toloka and try downloading the job again. Updating WebView will help download those jobs that contain web pages with code, some parts of this code may not work on Android 5, 6 or 7 devices.
If absolutely all tasks do not load even after updating WebView, we recommend updating your device OS if possible or performing tasks in a web browser, on a computer or laptop
I want to know how long it will take to check the completed task.
Authors can set different verification deadlines for different types of tasks. Please don't worry, all tasks will be reviewed within the deadline set by the author of the task.
On the Toloka site
To find out how long your completed task will be checked, open the "My profile" tab on Toloka's website, go to the "History" section, select "under review" in the filter above the list of tasks, and click on the task name. In the "Status" column, you will see the date until which the check can last (inclusive).
In the Android App:
An average checking time, specified in the description of a task, differs from the maximum time set by an author.
Unfortunately, in the application, you won't see the deadline for checking. But you can check it on the website, by choosing the filter Under review and opening a link with the task you are interested in.
In the IOS App:
In iOS application you can check status of the task and finish checking date in My tasks → Done: accepted, expired, rejected.
Please note: in the application you can check only the history of tasks completed on your mobile device.
To see the history of completed tasks (for 2 months) on all devices, go to Toloka's website.

To hide tasks on the desktop:
To hide the task, go to the main page, find the required task, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the task card and select Hide task.This task will no longer appear on the main page.
If you want to return it to the main page again, follow these steps:
— go to the page with tasks;
— in the filters on the right, check the box next to Hidden;
— find the task you need, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the task card and select Show task.
In the Android app:
To hide the task, go to the Available tab, find the desired task, click on the three dots next to its name and select Hide task.This task will no longer appear on the main page.
If you want to return it to the Available tab again, follow these steps:
— click on the filters icon in the upper right corner;
— in the filters, check the box next to Hidden;
— go to the tab with available tasks again, find the desired task, click on the three dots next to its name and select Don’t hide the task.
In the IOS app:
To hide the task, go to the Tasks tab, find the desired task, click on the three dots next to its name and select Hide task.
This task will no longer appear on the main page.

— click on the Filters link in the upper left corner;
— in filters, activate the slider opposite Hidden;
