How it works
External platforms are websites where you complete small tasks, similar to those available on Toloka. These tasks are typically in foreign languages, so you will need to pass an English proficiency test or tests in other languages you know well to gain access to them. Once you have passed the test, projects from external platforms will automatically appear in your feed.
How to complete tasks
Partner tasks are already integrated into the Toloka interface, so you don't need to register anywhere else. Just click on the "Proceed" button next to the desired task in the feed. A link to the platform will open in a new window - the system will automatically recognize you.
The task on the provided link will only be available for two hours. Once you complete it, the external platform window will close automatically, and you will be redirected back to Toloka.
You will need a mobile application to access UHRS tasks.

How can I receive payment?
You will receive payment to your Toloka account shortly after completing the task, typically within a couple of hours. However, if it takes longer, don't worry - sometimes it can take up to a day for the transfer to happen. If you haven't received your payment after 24 hours, please contact our Support Team. We will assist you in resolving any issues.
It's important to note that for certain tasks on external platforms, payment is only issued after a quality control check. As a result, any remuneration credited to your account may not be available for withdrawal for several days, or up to a week. Once the external platform has verified the quality of the tasks performed, the funds will be transferred to your active balance and you can proceed to withdraw them.

Basic requirements of external platforms
External platforms such as Toloka are our partners, but they operate independently from our system. As a result, we may not be aware of all the criteria used to determine task availability or closure to performers.
Also, these requirements may change over time, and external platforms may not always notify us of these changes. However, based on our current knowledge, we have outlined the main requirements below. If we learn that something has changed, we will promptly inform you :)
❗Toloka does not impose any restrictions on performing tasks in other services. But, according to the author's rules, a user should use only one platform to access UHRS. If you use Toloka to perform UHRS tasks, you should not use your account in Clickworker or any other vendor.
Use your Live ID account to access UHRS tasks
To access the UHRS tasks in Toloka, you need to link your Live ID account, which is a Microsoft-based account used for authentication across various services. If you are unfamiliar with what a Live ID is or how to create one, you can learn more about it by visiting the official Live ID information page here.
Specify up to three languages, including English
If you fail the English language test, you won't be able to see any tasks from external platforms in your feed. Additionally, if you have more than three languages listed in your profile, you may not be able to access such tasks.
This includes both confirmed languages and those in which you have not taken the test. You can remove any unnecessary unconfirmed languages from your profile by yourself. However, to remove a confirmed language, you will need to contact the Support Team.
Enable geolocation
Authors of tasks on external platforms select performers by location. Check that the location you specify in your Toloka profile corresponds to your real location and geolocation settings on your device. If it doesn't - tasks may disappear.
Don't use a VPN
Make sure you have a VPN, anonymizer or other service that changes your location information turned off. Your displayed geolocation must match your real geolocation.
Complete tasks carefully
If you fail to complete your tasks accurately or as instructed, your access to external platforms may be restricted. You will not receive a notification of this in Toloka.
I have no tasks
It's important to note that the number of available tasks on external platforms can vary every day. If you don't see any projects that interest you in the list at the moment, it's possible that they have already been completed and will appear later.
In this case, we recommend that you try to complete other tasks available on Toloka. Our authors publish a lot of tasks every day, so you're sure to find something that suits your preferences.
