Registration
- Open Toloka.
- Click the Start earning money button.
- Click the social network button through which you want to register. To see all options, click the More social networks link.
- The social network window will open. Do one of the following:
- Select the social media profile if you're already logged in.
- Log in to the social network if you you aren't logged in.
- Create a social media account if you haven't yet registered in the social network. - Enter the phone number and click Send code. We will send a text message with a confirmation code to this phone number.
- Enter the code from the text message and click Submit. If you haven't received the code or entered an incorrect one, click the Resend code link. You can request a new code in a minute.
- Fill in the information about yourself: first and last name, date of birth, country. Read the User agreement, confirm that you are 18 or older, and click Continue.
- After successful registration, the tasks page will open. You can start completing tasks.
Authorization
- Open Toloka.
- Click the social network button.
- In the opened social network window, do one of the following:
- Select the social media profile if you're already logged in.
- Log in to the social network if you you aren't logged in. - The task page opens. You can complete tasks.
Social authorization
Toloka is now using new, more flexible authorization. You need to select a social network that you will use to login to the platform.
If you still didn't change your authorisation method, unfortunately, you won’t be able to regain access.

FAQ
I can't get an SMS with the confirmation code.
If you experience difficulties with receiving the SMS code, please try the following:
- Reboot your phone
- Clear the phone memory from old messages
- Check the black lists and spam filters on your phone
- Make sure you are in the area with reliable reception when requesting the SMS
- Try inserting your SIM card into another device
- Make sure that your phone number is entered correctly (with "+" and international code, without spaces and internal digits, for example: correct: +31660000000; incorrect: 0 31660000000 or 660000000)
- Try to request new SMS code 24 hours after your last SMS request.
Can I receive the verification code on my email?
Unfortunately, we cannot send you the verification form via email. If you cannot receive the OTP, please try to follow the recommendations above or contact your mobile provider.
I can't register because my phone number is already linked to another account.
Your phone number can only be linked to one Toloka account at a time. Most likely, you already registered in the system using a different social network. Try to remember it. If you have any problems, contact the Support team.
I don't remember my username or password.
If you don't remember your password, restore it in the social network you used to register on the platform. Toloka doesn't store any passwords.
Re-registration in Toloka.
According to the User Agreement:
- You can only have one account.
- You can't restore a deleted account.
- You can't register in Toloka a second time.
