How to change your e-mail
You cannot change the email address in your Profile, but in the Social logins section you can add and change a social network to log in to your account.
You can delete, link or reconnect social networks as much as you want, there are no restrictions. If only one account is linked, you won't be able to delete it and link another. A notification will appear, indicating that you cannot remove your only login method.
How to change the avatar
Unfortunately, at the moment you will not be able to change/install the avatar. The fact is that profile images are no longer displayed and cannot be added. A user's photo is personal data that is not needed to complete tasks, so we have removed this feature.
How to change the full name/country
If you want to edit personal data (name, country, date of birth) in the profile and you account is unverified, you can do it on the Profile tab in the Personal Data section by clicking the button.
If your account is already verified, you cannot edit personal information in the profile after confirming your identity with documents.
How to change the phone number
In case you want to change your phone number to receive SMS for authorization, you need to change the phone number linked to the account in the social network you log in to Toloka through.
If you want to change your phone number in Toloka, you need to go to your Toloka profile on your desktop and click Edit on the Phone tab.
In the mobile app, click Profile → Contact Details. Then add a new number - a confirmation code will be sent which should be entered on the platform.
Once you change your phone number, you will not be able to withdraw money from Toloka for 7 days (security measure).
You can change the number as many times as you want.
